Just a quick update...

As our renovations are on going at our gym, we are nearing completion. Be sure to keep checking back for updates.

Along with an exciting newly renovated gym, will come newly adjusted, smaller membership fees. I will release the info once we are complete, so stay tuned!!!!

**BIG THINGS COMING THIS WEEK**

On Sunday, Sept. 3rd we are having our Open House from 2pm to 4pm. C'mon out and enjoy a BBQ and get all the info you need on the programs you want to participate in. You will also be able to register for them in-person, so you won't want to miss out!

We have Officially partnered up with Tanner Murdock's Health, Body, & Mind for fitness classes which will be Monday's and Friday's starting in September.

We will also be partnering up with a fully licensed Yoga instructor as well so news still to come on that.

See you all in September!!!!

"Big Bad" Brad wins via TKO in Round 2!! Brad showcased a fantastic array of Striking and Grappling in his debut fight at FLA 10, which led to a vicious knockout after he unleashed combo after combo as he backed Jessome to the cage and finished the fight!! Way to go Brad!!
