We specialize in Kickboxing and Muay Thai, and we offer the tools you need and want to round out your striking.

Whether you're an MMA Fighter or you compete in Kickboxing and/or Muay Thai, we can help improve your Stand-up game.

Some of the Programs we offer are:

Children's Striking Classes

$50/month

*If more than one child per family, it's only an additional $20 per child*

Adult Striking Classes 

$45/month

Drop-ins

$20/session

*All prices are HST included

**All fees are due on the first day of every month**

What is needed for classes:

• Loose fitting t-shirt or Rashguard (something you can comfortably move around in)
• Shorts (Gym/Exercise shorts, Board shorts, Compression shorts, etc.; whatever is comfortable to move around in)
• Handwraps (available upon request)
• Boxing Gloves (12oz. to 16oz.; available upon request)
• Mouth Guard
• Groin Protection ( Jock for Male, Jill for Female)
• Water Bottle

**For Fighters/Competitors**

Optional One on Ones sessions are as follows:

- 6 week Training Camp

($180/12 sessions; equal to $15/session)

- 8 week Training Camp

($240/16 sessions; equal to $15/session)

- 12 week Training Camp

($360/24 sessions; equal to $15/session)

*All prices are HST included, and half of the cost is due at beginning of camp*
